If you want 140s you'd have to go looking into the Triple Nine Society. I met a member once and they were sharp but also very much on the spectrum.
There are a few other 'prestigious' ones for the true brainiacs but the tests start losing accuracy past about 140 so those are more of a 'by invite only' situation. I have never met any of them.
