Consult with "The Google".
Anything that YOU didn't install is suspect. See if thats even on your add/remove programs and features list.
Are you seeing this name in a popup from your browser or from windows itself?

I searched, most results were good or had no 100% answer. Many of the topics on it were over a decade old so I wanted more recent confirmation before I tried

Most antivirus programs allow you to right-click a file and scan it directly. That will at least let you know if there are any bad guys in there. A few alternatives are CamStudio and Obs.
