Still, cod in general isn't worth it, but I hope for the sake of your two day download time, that you enjoy it.
Its so much better than my old net, i just got this set up the other day. My old net was two nets, verizon jetpack and hughes satellite, both of which were terrible for their reasons.
The jetpack is great if you have good signal, very handy, i didnt it sucked. When it did work they throttled you down after 15GB even on unlimited plans which sucked. So downloading was almost impossible or you burn it up quickly.
Hughesnet was very fast at downloading games when it worked, but cant play MP games on it and if the wind blows hard or its cloudy you are done.
So now (yes i hate DSL but its my only other choice) with DSL i dont have to worry about any limits at all, or worry about the weather, it uploads and downloads fairly well, not as fast as i would like 1 down and about .65 up. But its dependable to be the same every day and not having to fight with connection is great right now.
So im happy with the service for now.... Plus i saved 100 bucks a month from having two services.
I had a similar experience downloading Gears of War 4, which is 130 GB, and that stupid Windows Store was capping out at 6MB/s
Upon doing a search for the problem, there were many people complaining about WIndows Store download speeds, so a very fast internet connection wouldn't even help there.
They went with the route of Fortnite where you download the whole game you can only play a fraction of if you don't pay for the rest.
Strange that the Windows Store has slow downloads, some of the fastest downloads I've ever experienced came straight out of the Xbox servers, though they do tout that those servers are premium. As for the PC, slowest downloads I've ever experienced on this platform come out of Steam.
