Did YouTube layout change?

Did the YouTube layout change? When I click on a video suggested videos are on the top of the video I am viewing as well as the bottom and the comments section is on the side now.

looks same to me but sometimes youtube applies changes in waves and they don't apply to everyone at once

They did something... but it hasn't changed much from before... then again I have AD blocker and other things that have changed it for quite some time. I probably wouldn't recognize "regular" YouTube anymore, lol.
