I don't listen so much music nowadays but I have pretty large collection of "oldies". Since this was "mostly" about metal 🤔 hmm... I'll challenge you with these:

And

I so like guests when they are either uninvited or invisible 😋
You instant remind me of Snow Shaw..

I know you do not like his voice, but just to point out it is singed in Greek.

🙂 It is always a challenge to try to cover King.
How about some different 'Robs' from different age?
The well acknowledged one, duh: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJ4Nel-aHZM
And the not yet so well known: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMAhCxh88Tk
They are considered Gothic Greek Metal, but to me they are old school Black Metal from Greece.
They been around quite for some time!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sGhYcwcdo-4
Edit: Not sure the first song here is in Greek, but I can´t make it so sure sounds Greek to me. XD
Killer riff on that last song. Never heard before. Thanks!
Fun fact about Snowy Shaw, he started his carrier as drummer for King Diamond. And yes, King is so good, not many can reach his highs! XD

His metal archives page is ridiculous.. Colabs with Sabaton, Dimmu Borgir, Therion and so much more!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mg5ORRSlmqA
That was... interesting. It def had the vibes, and felt like a collaboration of different older bands.
Yeah, Erock is amazing. Shame that he has deleted some songs. There were some nice covers of Dokken and some others that he has taken off (or forced to take off, I am not sure...)
EDIT: Oh, and check the cover he made with Denis of King's Sleepless Nights
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8mqng5G_-s
ANOTHER EDIT: And the song 'Legacy' was a cover of a song originally played in a game Full Throttle.
Right from the start, killer .. and WOW this is so good!!!! Would make it the best King cover I´v heard! TY again XD
This is my all time favorite band, because their evolution and the themes!
Therion, they started as pure Swedish Death Metal and today are Classical/Opera Metal symphony.
The main composer, Chris Johnson is who Im pointing out here. He composes everything except most lyrics. All the rest, its him. He only play guitar but he composes all the rest.

Now this is the real deal, he played this album, where only the first song is mainly for most hearing, but all the rest, I call it music for musicians.

Can you tell of more like this "music for musicians"?
That brought some memories back. About in the same era of Theli (1996 - 1997), I listened Arcturus.
For example Alone:

Shamefully I only found Arcturus pretty recently, duo to ICS Vortex solo album.

When I saw Dimmu he was already gone from the band :(
But the first part was played by Amon Amarth and that was my very first time listening them so that made it up!
I listen this a lot while playing No Man Sky:
