Usually holding hands and a smile works.

But I secretly have a "look" that I give when I want to win someone over. It's basically a happy and welcoming smile; a look as if you are interested and vibrant i.e. models have different expressions and poses that present different human behaviour signals.

That and being a gentleman helps.

Flowers and chocolates are overrated. A simple heart balloon is much more meaningful, IMO, considering the scarcity of helium. Real balloon, not those lame bad-for-the-environment mylars.

Well first you’ll have to find a way to get them unconscious. After that you’ll need to put them on some kind of table or platform so you’re able to work on them without kneeling down. After that’s all set up you’re going to have to start by breaking the rib cage open. Once the chest cavity is completely open, using a pair of paper scissors make a few incisions near the connecting arteries of the victim patient. After that’s done, give the heart a yank until it comes out completely. Then run away.

One stolen heart.
