Anyone watches the Andrew Huberman Science podcast here?
This channel here: https://www.youtube.com/@hubermanlab/videos

You can discuss his stuff here.

However, I have a specific question. He said in this specific podcast that you could correct a deviated nose septum without surgery. He was alluding that he would be talking about it later in the video but actually forgot to do it. And as fa as I know, he didn't do a follow up anywhere.

Here, he teases it here: https://youtu.be/x4m_PdFbu-s?t=1670

A reeedit thread on this question that went unanswered: https://old.reddit.com/r/HubermanLab/comments/11dy9az/deviated_septum_fix_breathing_episode/

So can anyone try to contact the doctor on Twitter or something to get an answer on that? I don't have twitter. https://twitter.com/hubermanlab

If we could correct a mild/moderate deviated nose septum naturally, would be amazing.

specific time links do not work on steam. if that's what you was trying to do.

i guess, his point is that if you take into account everything what's being talked about, that might help.
