Two hard boiled eggs for breakfast.

Homemade turkey and swiss sandwich for lunch.

Haven't decided about dinner yet but it's getting close. Thinking about half a grapefruit, chicken breast tenders with coconut, and some fresh wax beans with a hint of vinegar

Which is funny because I'm a trained chef. You name a food I'll figure out how to make it so you like it.

I just do this IT thing for fun. Not interested in opening up a second business at this point. I'm kind of worried I'd be like the Gordon Ramsay a small restaurants.
