Removing all evidence of homebrew from 3ds
I have a broken L button, with some glass on the screen being a little cracked (not broken, screen works fine, but if I’m sending it in for repairs anyways might as well fix that).

I want the homebrew to stay but to be undetectable by a Nintendo repair guy

I have Godmode 9 installed, so holding start on boot would probably be first day of training for a Nintendo repair guy

Besides from that all other evidence of homebrew was already removed, except for the homebrew folder which I can easily erase now

Put it all on a flash card and send in a clean slate. Reload it all when it comes back.

I doubt anyone would care about a modded 3ds.

Switch is another matter. The Switch is loaded with spyware. From what I understand Nintendo integrated parity checks into the Switch ROM so any alterations will cause the parity check to fail and they can detect this remotely and remotely ban your Switch so it can't access the store or play online games. Anyone doing homebrew on a Switch is living on borrowed time because of this.

The other consoles? Pffft. Go to town. I have a modded Wii and I doubt any repair guy would care about it. It's probably the same for the 3DS.
