How's your experience with fighting in dreams?

If you do remember such a case. For whatever reason fighting in dreams is quite a bit harder than in the real world, tho I don't think the reasons are always the same for everyone. As for me my strikes are still powerful, they just lack any and all technique even if I'm having a lucid dream where I remember how to actually fight, like the one I had recently where I tried punching a ghastly figure in an abandoned building.

In the rare times in which the dreams are violent I always feel restricted. Something is slowing me down or holding me back.

Other people/things are doing something bad of some sort. I get forced into the situation somehow and all my abilities are greatly reduced(this is a lifetime thing, not because of the current medical situation) and little that I do is effective.

But gradually, somehow with very crude measures somehow I get the upper hand.

And then typically it just ends- probably only partially resolved.

I took martial arts in real life so that translates into my dream.

I took it a step further... I gave my gun to my enemy and said "you'll need it more than me." ;p

That reminds me of a dream I had years ago.

Only a couple of years ago now(its 2009) I lost this dream because it was on occultforums.. but I dreamt that I was at a huge house(it was an actors house) and I walked down to a restaurant and I find it hard to remember all the details now but I went lucid because I found myself naked I think at the table so I tested my reality and stood up.

Then I remember flying above all the tables in the restaurant which had people sitting at them and it was like being in a very very classy place. I was naked and flying only just above table height and I was kinda having a laugh that I was naked like that and I flew around kicking over stuff on the tables.

Anyway then I decided to tell the other person who I was with(I forget now who I think it was the owner of the place who had invited me to his place) that he was dreaming and that he could do anything he wants and it was like I woke him up and so straight away he pointed a red laser from his right pointer finger so that it just came out the end of his finger tip and the dot from the beam started to go across the floor near my feet and then up my leg.

I knew he was about to shoot me so I jumped into the air and twisted to the left I think.. I forget for sure, and moved my body in a circular motion to turn myself into black smoke. So I jumped into the air and spun around kinda. And then I was black smoke and he couldn't shoot me. lol. He didn't know wft and I just laughed at him but I couldn't see very well because it was all smokey and I started to lose the dream scene so I had to reform so I didn't.

The fighting in my dreams is just people screaming at me until I cry.

If it isn't my best punches, kicks, and bullets bouncing off a monster...

It's something disgusting, where the nasty beast is reduced to a chunky mess. Like bits of brain in my hair and my mouth... eeeww.
