Flatten a chicken breast, grill it with teriyaki, toss some provolone on it to melt. Serve on a bun with a slice of grilled pineapple, on a bed of lettuce.

So good.

I don’t put on anything. If I’m eating pineapple, it’s being eaten as is.

Pineapple has a certain flavor that just doesn’t work alongside other flavors.

My mother used to put pine apple slices on the ham to absorb the salt when she'd make it for easter,thanksgiving and Xmas

She'd make this awesome sweat sauce with wine and the and run off juices from the ham it was the best ham sauce I ever had on my ham
