This is a video from a really obscure (and creepy) channel from earlier Youtube. The person in the video "Shay St John" is dead now, so no one runs the channel.

The reason Shay is wearing the weird mask in the video is because I guess the backstory of the character she plays as is that she was a supermodel who got in an accident involving a train that deformed her face, so she remade her face by herself using the weird plastic mask you see on her face in the video

This video left a lot of people divided. Thousands of commenters say it was a really funny video, thousands say it was a really creepy video. I've always leaned towards the creepy side.. A lot of parts in the video are unsettling to me

Every tutorial at the time had a 009 Sound System song. No other song. It was annoying back then but today it's good. Strange how nostalgia works.
I actually listen to 009 Sound System while I go to and get away from work :P
