I can't access it now cause reddit is on strike. No clue how to access cache of reddit posts.
Basically Brent said that until AI is able to create game worlds, that scenes cost millions of dollars and it takes too long to improve them, which means games take forever to make and as such not many games will be like BG2 with it's thousands of hours of gameplay.
If you watch that video. Imagine how that's going to improve the industry in this regard.
As an AI Artist enthusiast, I'm looking forward to see how Adobe handles AI and so far, they are leading with Photoshop since they launch the update.
