Actually, wouldn't mind learning how to make custom clothes - tailored clothes.
My kids also learned it in scouting, mind, my eldest fixes clothes as well.
They still have it here in primary schools, I think from 4th grade and up to 10th grade.
It is called craft and design.
It is a bit more modern in its approach, but they actually do have a period where they try out sewing, but you know.. this is 2023, so it is ofc with eco friendly reused materials, that they gathered themselves or got during a trip on recycle station etc..
