Paint.Net is the best for drawings?
Its more advanced than standard paint, but its less complicated than gimp, and dont take like 5 minutes to open up.
I think its really underrated software for drawings

I bet most artists use that by default for obvious reasons.

There is other options but as far as i can tell it's the best free option.
I used to think that for many years, but GIMP is a far superior product at the end of the day once you learn how to use it. It is also free and open-source.

I use Paint.NET. I use it for basic photo manipulation - like cropping, rotating, photoshopping, adding colors and text, and changing the file size. It's a quick and easy application.

I haven't tried GIMP, but heard it's the most widely used freeware.

NO

If you want a good free art program, use FireAlpacha. Paint.net is good for editing, not drawing.

It's better than Windows Paint 3D, remember that? That program was useless.
