Giving a counter example with California doesn't make it the norm, it's just political rhetoric, oh, look what happened, better stay at home, the kind I've heard from the politicians in my country to keep the masses in a country that moves forward from inertia for the last 30+ years; they didn't create any opportunities for people to live a decent life, so they left. Why so many people moved to Texas in the past decade? Oh, it's the exceptional Texan hospitality, or the great weather. Oh, c'mon, there are always pros and cons in any place, but choosing a different country is usually for the better, of course you need a bit of luck, but also a bit of hard work to make it.
Time later I found out someone called him "cheater" and he was yelling "I don't cheat".
Big doesn't equal quality of life. Millions flock to Mumbai and Dhaka for work too. Those places are godawful, depressing cesspools.
The whole California exodus to Texas phenomenon is just money. They are trading one arid desert full of hipster and Mexican cartels for another. https://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-22649624
C’mon man, read a history book.
Nobody “pushed” the Nazi’s to do anything they didn’t want to do. The German people had a huge chip on their shoulder because of how they were treated after losing WW1. Hitler exploited that sentiment and wanted to conquer the world beginning with Europe. The US and the USSR had a reluctant alliance because everyone was against the Axis powers of Germany, Italy, and Japan.
Regarding the French, I think they get a bad rap because they quickly surrendered to Germany. But in the early years of WW2, nobody could stop the Nazi war machine.
We Americans stayed out the fighting as long as possible. Some say we waited too long. Of course, that all changed when Japan attacked Pearl Harbor.
He's gotta be trolling you.
The way American tourists are treated by the people of France.
The way the French part of Canada treat Americans who can't speak French.
This is why I do not like .........
Understand?
