What Do Users Here Have Against French People?

I was just checking out the reviews for a game called Amnesia The Bunker when I saw some reviews that made fun of French people. I tried asking one of them to know what the reason was, but then someone else came in calling me French even though I'm not French.

I guess it depends on where you live, if you have to deal with them day in day out you get tired real fast of their "french culture" l which translate to maybe, just maybe a little "dislike" loll

It could be their history, you don't get as big as them without stepping on the toes of your neighbors, or it could be because they act like they have a superior culture in Europe. Either way, most of the jokes are WW2 jokes, and after the next World War, it will be a different country that will be the butt of the jokes.

I have been there, and have met a few rude people, but also met some nice ones. I am sure if I spent more than a few days my impression would sour, but the smaller cities seemed nice enough.

I've heard before the french don't think they need to be buddy buddy with everyone, and they save that for friends and family. And I don't think thats wrong, its more honest than smiling and pretending like you care about everyone that you don't like, like your walking around with a mask on.

I've heard a number of times people disliking how loud, open about everything, and fake friendly americans can be.
