Time is a master variable. Agreed.
Until late 20th century changed everything. 6 meal a day and breakfast is a recent phenomenon.
Eat fewer carbs, reduce calories, and exercise. You have to store less, and burn more if you don't want to get fat.
Yeah, human nature won't change for a long, long time.
But, I think fit people can go longer than fat people - when it matters. It ain't a war of attrition. Amiright?
Survival is. Even trained survivalists struggle hard to not go severely underweight. The human body is designed to consume, and burn, a lot of calories, and to store as much energy as it can for when needed. Like I said before, modern nutrition, and exercise habits are the real problems with stayting healthy. Most people just don't exercise enough.
I don't know where you got that one OP cause in reality, if you don't eat enough you lose fat.
