But that’s what everyone did for thousand years and they all had chiselled bodies. Hunting during the day with no food and having a feast at night.

Until late 20th century changed everything. 6 meal a day and breakfast is a recent phenomenon.

Human biology is designed for survival. Fat people can go longer with fewer nutrients than skinny ones. So millions of years of evolution have created metabolic systems designed to conserve and store energy for emergencies. This hasn't changed. This probably won't change for millions more.

Eat fewer carbs, reduce calories, and exercise. You have to store less, and burn more if you don't want to get fat.

Survival is. Even trained survivalists struggle hard to not go severely underweight. The human body is designed to consume, and burn, a lot of calories, and to store as much energy as it can for when needed. Like I said before, modern nutrition, and exercise habits are the real problems with stayting healthy. Most people just don't exercise enough.
Carbs turn into fat when you don't burn it…
