I like this piece of advice.
I have been through many struggles and personal problems but I have always shown strength on the outside even tho im ripping apart from the inside. The thing is, nobody will help you overcome your own problems and personal issues (NOONE), only you and you alone can find your own strength to get up and fight another day. Showing weakness doesn't help anyone, you just simply have to battle it out yourself.
Im the kind of person who when confronted with a personal issue, looks at myself and tries his dam hardest to figure it out. Granted some problems im unable to deal with and will do my best too wash them away with time.
