Mens Mental Health Month
Its Mens Mental Health month. Its a less popular celebration this month so giving it attention.

Males make up 77% of suicides, likely because of an expectation to be strong, or be an unreasonable thing. Masculinity set by society as a concept forces men to act "strong" and be an unrealistic force. This is too much to ask and is ridiculous for all

If you have struggles, personal problems, or are overall going through something remember to take care of yourself, practice mindfulness and stay strong.

Life is wonderful, happiness is obtainable

Stay strong, kings. 🤴

An emotional state where the person learns many life lessons to become better, slowly overcoming tougher and tougher goals.
I am grateful for the ♥♥♥♥ experiences where I was puking from anxiety.
It is your goal as a man to work for a better world even if you suffer.
Being man is more than just a genital area & hormones, it is a mindset.
Comfort is why nowadays we have so many spoiled manchildren who do little to no work.

Thank you for explaining why men's mental health is so stigmatized.
"It is by going down into the abyss that we recover the treasures of life."

I have found what I wish in life, what I hold dear, what is important to me. This is why I continue living.

Is this what you wish, other people to pity you & help you just because you can't fix your own depression and pull yourself out?
That's more sad if you ask me.

Some people do need help from others, meanwhile some folks do not need external help. Consider yourself lucky, many have taken other type of drastic decisions as the stadistics show.

In any case it's a stigmatized subject in general like mental health is. So let's agree to disagree.

I like this response. I agree with you.

A lot of us fight wars that Raccoon was never meant to win, that's why he's got it easy and the rest of us are actually making the world a better place.
I made an entire Discord for my classmates, where I spent hours writing summaries because I love them so much. My class has the highest average grades in the last decade.
You think I hate people? Quite the opposite.
I grew up in poverty, I used to be bullied, my father used to be homeless & was taken advantage of.
I had it easy?
I still have the same goal of making the world a better place. Now I definitely agree that not all can handle the pressure like Uncle Sam said, but at least try for ♥♥♥♥♥ sakes. Go out for fresh air, work out, earn money, become strong to protect your loved ones & yourself.
But you need to feel sadness, happiness has no value if you do not experience cruelty.

You have not been long enough on this forum, you do not know me. For someone who cares about the world so much, not having that much empathy are you? Already assuming the worst about me.

No, it's an easily verifiable statistic. Hospitals, psychologists, etc keep records of attempts. Women are far more likely to attempt suicide than men. Men are just more effective in their attempts, in large part due to their choice of method being more likely to be firearms which are the single most effective tool.

And yet it's easy to prove otherwise... "guessing" and "estimating" at "attempts" just doesn't make it so...

"... The CDC also found that there are 3.3 male suicide deaths for every female suicide death ... "

And yet it's drama and more sensationalized to try to claim like I said... everyone else.

Google... anyone can use it.

There's some irony in making this thread...

Some have lost their way... with help from women... again, there's also irony in that as well...
idk what you are even alluding by saying this thread is ironic, then again, it means little to nothing. You go to everyone of my threads and say something stupid

Yeah, you had it way easier.

My happiness comes from making sure the world never hurts me, or anyone I care about, ever again. Even if that required destroying the Internet, nothing is off the table so long as I wake up on this side of the grass and the online troll armies are pinching loaves in their shorts.
Seems pretty hypocritical based on your previous responses, now you are destroying things which humans have built and put heart & soul into, but you wouldn't sacrifice your own happiness for the sake of others who may be suffering, not very altruistic.
Also considering bullying to be something "easy to deal" with, that meaning you do agree with me don't you? Why would you seek help if it is easy right? Because I do agree with it being easy to deal with, at least for me. As Uncle Sam said, I was lucky to be strong enough.

Even OP wants you to be strong enough, imagine beating depression and saying.
"I did it, by myself, I didn't have to waste other people's time on myself."
Not only does it shows traits of a warrior, it is altruistic, you don't waste another person's time to drag you out and you will feel euphoric afterwards.
Now that is true beauty.

Altruism is an event not native to this universe.
Then don't comment on a thread about advocating for men's mental health and "making the world a better place."
Or is it an excuse for you to remain weak and selfish, are you not strong enough?
Anyways my point here being is to everyone else reading this.
If you wish to be a true fighter, do it yourself, work for your own happiness.
You all want strong confident men in society, but none of you wish to see how a true strong man is built.

"When you are strong, appear weak. When you are weak, appear strong."
That is true, that is a good quote.

You seem to not understand that they are talking about attempts, not deaths.

Women are more likely to attempt suicide, men are more likely to die from suicide. Those are hard facts.

Anyone can use Google, which literally backs up the above statement.
