Technically, it wouldn't be an incest, but it definitely does complicate the relationship between your dad/mom with your step mom/dad.....especially if they both happen to conceive a child. That child would be either your brother or sister, same goes with your step sister (wife). The blood runs in both you and your (wife).

I wonder why George R. R. Martin is into incest because that is a major theme in the GOT universe. Targaryens and Lannisters are deeply turned on by incest. Why the shows passed peer review instead of banned is a good question when less graphic films were banned for a lot less. Example A Clockwork Orange was banned for almost 30 years in many countries.
