From Dusk Till Dawn.
Vampire in Brooklyn with Eddie and Charlie Murphy
Surprisingly, it might be The Last Voyage of The Demeter. By far the most novel accurate depiction of Dracula so far, not the glamorous Hollywood depiction.

Let the Right One In
I like the one where thousand year old vampires that glow in the sun-light, and hangout to pickup underage high school girls.

Just kidding Twilight should be ended with Blade going to town on those pedo vampires. It's the Twilight that we deserved.
Van Helsing
Interview with a vampire was the best.

And I liked fright night.. oh and lost boys.

What We Do in the Shadows

Absolutely no contest
It would be Castlevania, I guess?
soul reaver
I do like the way vampires have worked in Underworld.. Probably because I have liked all of those movies so much..
Lost Boys brings back some good nostalgia but I wouldn't vote for them as the best vamps. In all honesty I liked the Dracula Untold version, where he is in the cave waiting for the King to visit him in trade for his kingdom. Dude in the cave is super creepy, and the new powers for the king are impressive to see.

I like the rendition in Blade. They got the best soundtrack of all vampires.
