Black and green tea are the safest and are cultivated for human use, some herbs can have adverse effects if you consume them every day, even something mild like mint.
Plenty of herbs can be consumed daily, including mint !
Its perfectly safe.
Men should avoid regular consumption of mint as the studies has shown that it reduces serum testosterone, sperm motility and decreases sperm count.
Spearmint tea is bad to consume if you have weak kidneys since it can increase kidney damage.
I have heard this before but its nonsense in a realistic environment.
Moderate consumption on a daily basis is perfectly safe for men and has more health benefits than anything. So if you lets say drink 2 cups of mint a day, you are perfectly safe. If ofc you go with 2 liters ,then I dont know how that would turn out.
Look at camomille, fennel or fruit teas, plenty to choose from.
If you overdo it on green and black tea, you are going to get a caffeine overdose and your liver and kidneys will get damaged due to some antioxidant substance in those teas, there are plenty of cases where people actually overdid it on green tea and after a year or two, needed a liver transplant.
To claim black and green tea is perfectly safe but mint for example is not, is ridiculous.
Everything is bad for you if you consume huge amounts.
Tea? heeheehee
Pretty much yes. So on a moderate basis, green and black tea is not the only safe tea out there.
I hope you are still in good shape, because this does not sound healthy.
Tea is expensive. I would rather forego any herbs and just drink water...unless I am really unwell
How have you never tried to make your own actual warm tea ? How is that possible `?
Tea is not expensive. Tea is probably the cheapest type of drink you can consume on the planet next to water.
During the day I alternate coffee and tea. Usually tea with chamomille, ginger, fennel, lemongrass or such, for the digestive health. I also really like lavender or fruit teas.
I'm born in asia. I'm forever skinny.
You can develop diseases due to bad lifestyle without getting obese.
