Mostly YouTube and Twitch. The person I'd suggest for a first Vtuber is Gawr Gura (on youtube). She's one that normies can enjoy as well as the weebiest of weebs.

I don't know exactly who that is. As for good vtubers it really depends on what kind of content you want to watch:
For general variety entertainment: Gura or Ironmouse.

For good trash talk about Twitter: Rev

For a decent modern gamer with great reactions: Henya or Haruka

If you like to be entertained by robots: Vedal

Feeling thirsty: Lucy Pyre or Shylilly.

I can already imagine a bunny vtuber making music on a live stream. Sounds like a chill stream.
