i was young when i watched it bro just found it in my sisters dvd collection and watched it, deffo messed me up a little ngl, the guy with the hooks in his mouth used to scare the ♥♥♥♥ outta me especially that one scene when he takes them out

How do you define "most violent" these days? Is it some gory kill from random horror movie #459, or some of the crap from A Serbian Film or Canibal Holocaust?

How about a movie like Hostile, where that crap could be happening on a daily basis and nobody would know about it?

Movies are all fake I have been on the darkest parts of the internet and have seen real nonsense. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but the fact that fake gore looks a lot like real gore I would not recommend anyone becoming a graphic artist for a horror movie at this point, or even any of the mortal kombats.
