can we stop calling guys simps please?
recently i stood up for a woman being harased in a video game and every1 called me a "simp".

apparenly it means being submission to a woman and that is bad for my manliness.

all i did was stand up 4 a woman being isnulted by a group of guys

That's wishful thinking, words literally enact emotions, that's why saying it doesn't hurt is foolish, even if you try blocking them, if you aren't a sociopath like me, you'll have a very hard time if someone for example, brings attention to one of your insecurities and bully you based on that, it'll ♥♥♥♥ you up pretty good, even if it's just words.

Maybe I’m a sociopath like you maybe we should all be but sociopaths can’t be simps so think about that.

But in seriousness sticks and stones can break my bones but names will never hurt me.

Words only hurt if you let them. Who is some random person I have no emotion or caring for? They are no one to me their words mean nothing even sweet whispers from someone wouldn’t mean anything. Bonds are made thru hardships and trials or just thru pure spirit connections.

If your car screamed at you everytime you sped would you be hurt by it or would you just let it go?

I’m probably a bigger sociopath than you but I do have the capacity for love in me someone has to earn my respect and love tho. That’s how it should work.

We should be friendly to strangers but to show love and emotions to people we don’t even know…. It never goes well. That’s the point of it, that’s why simping is bad. It hurts people and creates monsters.
but bromances are exempt of this, we together are stronger than any world phenomenon, not simping btw like no cap fr fr :steamhappy:

What we have is spiritual commonality, that’s beyond terms of this world beyond words. Kindred spirits from some other time or other galaxy united on steam to invoke feelings into others.

Not simping of course!!!!

It is more palpable to believe the multiple players against just one man's perspective on this situation; ...
That's an extremely bad habit which can lead to gullibility and a blatant disregard for the truth ...
I agree, but this advice would be more appropriate to truths that were dragged through the mud by political chauvinists than for predicting a situational likelihood.

Why I'd say that the odds are more likely against this guy is because no one else has defended this supposed victim from the abuse, especially if it was a woman. As far as I see it, this is an irrespective complaint coming from one individual within a situation that was likely misconstrued by him because he might have been quick to come to conclusions for something he wasn't fully involved in.

... Personally, given what limited information we have, I think that both scenarios are equally likely.
I'm more partial to considering the more likely of situations rather than assuming an equal outcome of an occurrence that likely never happened through the lens of what the OP had described. A server full of people along with a population that would be more receptive towards this type of abuse leads me to doubt the accuracy of the OP's complaint.
