Are you a leader or a follower?
Personally, I’m ok as a follower if the leader is good, but I will rise to the occasion as a leader if necessary.

I refuse to lead weak minded authoritarian sheep because they are scared to think for themselves and lack the guts to fight the system.

If I'm not allowed to be an outsider, I'm the reluctant leader. kind of like Squall from FF8. I can't stand following bad leaders. And I will fight with a bad leader endlessly, until I get fired.

I used to try running guilds in mmos in old days, but I realized I didn't like it. It was so much work always going out, recruiting new people, making friends, them leaving. And I didn't have what it takes, nor the money to bribe people to join or be a top guild.

I also don't enjoy being a mod when I'm made one in game servers or websites, I'll do it usually if its forced on me. But I usually go off on my own, if people find me, I help them, but I just wanna be a player. I really hate banning people, censoring people, and admins that go corrupt. Like turning a free server into pay to win, or bored admins turning a server into their personal grief people with god powers thing.

Last time I was a mod, the nice admin sold the server. and the new admin used it to bully, grief, abuse everyone. Destroying all my work.
