I refuse to lead weak minded authoritarian sheep because they are scared to think for themselves and lack the guts to fight the system.

I refuse to follow leaders because I am a libertarian rogue that refuses to submit to repressive authoritarian structure.

I prefer to lead, however, if some idiot wants to lead I will let them walk into what ever is in the path ahead.. If They are successful and make it to our destination and/or clear a new better path, I will gladly follow.

I only ever step up when it takes too long to come up with a plan of action then I realize things need to happen and will just go into telling people what needs to be down.

Other than that, I follow and will only attempt to take leadership when I see it failing.

I can lead, but I end up hating it. As long as it's temporary (like when the Team Lead throws a sickie or takes a holiday), fine. Otherwise, no. It would take a very significant pay rise for me to do that role permanently. If only to cover the therapy bill.

On the otherhand, I don't really feel like a follower. If I'm not providing guidance, direction, or taking initiative to *some* extent, I'm probably gonna get bored and move on.
