Nothing special just a mouse
Cheap and simple
It helped me avert carpal tunnel syndrome. Plus, it's amazing for (space) flight sims and I found it to be more accurate for FPS, once I got used to it. Needless to say, I will never use a traditional mouse again and can recommend everyone to get a trackball.
Have you considered a trackball? :D
Yes, there are some trackball mice that are left-handed. Actual trackballs are ambidextrous by default, like the one I use, which is the Kensington Expert Mouse, but alternatives are available.
I guess you could use two with both hands and a virtual keyboard, too? :D
There are also some handheld/finger ring trackballs, but not sure if these are actually useful or just gadgets.
its my favorite
