Is Gumball even all that bad? I mean, he occasionally claims he did something absolutely insane, but other than that he's one of the most reasonable on Off-Topic.

Comparing him to Admen just because he has a couple accounts is cruel.

I get quite a kick out of how easily Gumball manages to rile people up. Ego seems to really bother OTers a lot, and he's got a lot of it.

Exactly, I have never understood that aswell.
I've been asked to moderate a Discord server.. Which I am currently doing, and it's quite pleasant when people know how to behave..
Unfortunately, it does also contain the negative sides, like people arguing about pointless stuff and calling each other out for all sorts of silly things that don't even have to be talked through in the first place.

Being a moderator is a huge responsibility, at least from my point of view.
I do always wonder how to judge the situation properly, as I'm not the person to hand out bans the moment they break a rule. Instead, I do prefer talking some sense into them and trying to understand their reasoning for their behavior that's against the rules, and it's mostly just a misunderstanding on their part or them overreacting. Nothing else. So far, it has never been anything else.

Now.. That's just a small Discord server, though.. Of less than fifty people, mostly consisted of younger people.
There's no way I'd be able to moderate OT and over hundreds to thousands of different people.

Like.. I do disagree with his takes from time to time, but I don't really wanna argue about it as I find that pointless and not worth the energy, and so I don't involve myself within such situations.
Besides, nobody cares what do I think, nor do people have a reason to care what do I think.
