That being said, there is a slight chance life in Earth originated outside of it. And besides, much of the Solar System is leftovers from past stellar renmants, so in a way, we are all extraterrestrial.

Fun fact, if alien life exists chances are they dont know humanity exists, in our time having the means to send signals into space, those signals have not covered more then 1.2% of the Milk Way galaxy since they were released into deep space, not to mention the time it would take them for to reach would means they could be going to an aliens homeworld (IE us) who would maybe be long dead and destroyed while seeing videos from the cold war era, and reaching us at a day a few years post nuclear armageddon.
