I used to joke to a Canadian ex about not committing crimes in Canada because the cops might swoop down from the sky and bite you!

In the early 90's, before 24/7 streaming there wasn't much on late at night- for those who remember and were around back then.

So they had for a while "Crime Time After Prime Time."
