Started to watch a SciFi movie on the Tubi streaming site called Invasion Planet Earth. But it turns out it was made to push a religious agenda. I should have read the IMDB first but I don't like getting spoilers.

EDIT: Do you know that organisations like The 700 Club that pay to produce movies that look like a "normal" movie but push how faith in a God can make your life better. Kinda like hiding a Sunday sermon in a movie. This was that kind of movie.

A little better than that. No quotes. Took me 1/2 an hour to realize where they were going. Then I stopped watching.

When it kills it for me is when it feels like heavy handed propaganda.

Perhaps if things have some positive message that doesn't ONLY focus on Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck in the sky that could be a good thing.
