Is GTX 1650 GDDR6 not Worth anymore?
I recently got a GTX 1650, but i think I won't last long in future, or maybe the games are not optimized well enough

What's your opinion??

Always look for a very good motherboard, CPU and RAM i have the same card and most of the games i own runs very well but obviously my Ram and Processor are really old so sometimes theres some drops of FPS

It`s obsolete. Would really not go lower then RTX 3060 12 GB or RX 6700 XT if getting new card currently. Guess RX 6600 if in a really tight budget but don`t expect it to last long.

It is obsolete if you want to play newer games. But it is still serviceable, you're still able to play like 2019-2020 game just fine with it.
you can play older games or certain recent games that still have low system requirements like independent developers games. (low polygon style , 2D , stylish non-realistic/anime game)

not everything need an RTX gpu so in the end it's really depend on what you really want to play.

most newer AAA are often just the same then before with a nicier paintjob so personally I don't feel I'm missing much by having only an outdated PC and a steamdeck.

It was cheap entry level gaming card three years ago. For current AAA games it wont even meet minimum requirements. You can play 3-5 years old games with it if you turn down some settings but for AAA games released this year or in future it`s really no good anymore.
there are already so many games out there that even if they stopped making newer games no one could possibly play everything that is available on steam.

so well , what you need as a computer totally depend on what you find interesting.

I mean i don´t really know why to get this card now - if budget wouldn´t limit it. I have a vega 56, which is 2 years older than the 1650, but faster. It´s around the same speed as a 2060. Which is not enough to run everything on ultra nowadays. Depends on the title, and also my CPU is the bottleneck for me, but not by much. I can play ultra in most games, but then i wouldn´t get many fps. It´s slightly above running smooth, while high usually is good enough. And i rarely play AAA titles - or the newest games.

I´d also say the card - in a gaming PC - is obsolete. Mine as well, but i bought it some years back. It has not much to do with optimized games. Also don´t forget that graphics always need a CPU to support it, as the CPU basically tells the graphics card what to do. And resolution matters for the graphics card. I run 1440. It may be different in 1080 - if Your CPU doesn´t bottleneck.

And the GTX has not the option to cheat with the resolution via DLSS.

well , it's can run games like baldur gate 3 without having the game look ugly at least if what is shown in this video is real.

Baldurs Gate III requirements are really not that high compared to other games this year so it looks plausible.

It's fine for 1080p gaming. Don't listen to people saying obsolete, it will run 99% of games without a problem. Stuff like cyberpunk, it will struggle but you will still get playable framerates on lower settings.

Cyberpunk ain`t that great even with GTX 1660 Super and the coming DLC overhaul will make it lot more heavy.

Says 1060 6gb minimum requirement. Should be fine.

What it says and what it is are often two different things.
