And not everybody expresses femininity/masculinity as a way to attract others, some might just feel more comfortable with femininity and don't care that some women might not be attracted to them because of it.
Not particularly no. But it’s processed mostly from things such as peas.
I rather ear peas
I like meat, and I also like the veggie stuff.
The only meat I buy these days is the "Bio" (German word for organic) meat.
The way Bio animals are treated vs. their industrial counterparts is worth the change alone.
The veggie stuff is fine despite what many ignorant people claim. I know plenty of vegans/vegetarians that are just as healthy if not healthier than their meat eating counterparts.
Personally I'm waiting for the day they perfect lab grown meat.
I know a lot of people will ♥♥♥♥ the bed about it, just like they do with GMOs, despite the fact that the human race has been eating GMOs for more than 10,000 years.
Fact is, with the way things are going: increasing world population, climate change, stronger diseases, etc, the system we use now is not sustainable and at some point, probably sooner rather than later, is going to collapse, and that collapse will have a massive ripple effect across the entire planet.
Its not a new trend at all.
Yes I agree that genetically modified food has been around for several decades, but it does seem to be growing at a rapid pace. Why do we still not have proper disclosure of scientifically modified food products? because it has silently grown right under our noses.
When did I mention genetically modified food ?
I said " VEGANISM " is not a new trend nor does actual veganism refer to genetically modified food.
Maybe this is a problem in the US more than anywhere, but in my country nor most countries I have been to, there is nothing such as genetically modified food nor are vegans in any way connected with such, opposite is the case. Vegans just dont eat milk, cheese, meats and such.
Genetically modified or manipulated is the meat created in a LAB as well as other alterations that artificially assume the role of nature. Yes I agree that VEGANISM is a state to replicate natures goodness, however anything created in a lab is still manipulated by human hands.
Actual vegans do not eat laboratory made meat though.
Nor have I ever seen laboratory made meat anywhere in any shop around here. I know it exists, but I have no idea why you come up with this.
This thread is about " Vegan meat ". Which would refer to fake meat made from pea protein or lentil protein or what not. This isn't something you need a laboratory for, any fool can do this at home.
There is not a single country on that planet that does not have GMOs, either lab created or natural.
Humans have been consuming GMOs for the last 10,000 years.

Inform yourself.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genetically_modified_food_in_the_European_Union
There are a few nations that have safeguard clause banning GMO completely.
Yes at home but certainly not at an industrial scale. VEGAN meat is created in a LAB & at least here in Australia, supermarkets & food outlets like McDonald's, Hungry Jacks, KFC etc. are all selling & pushing the LAB created products, hoping to cash in on VEGANISM.
Here's a tip...wiki is not a reliable source...even Wikipedia tells you that.
Here, this is from Harvard
Now you inform yourself

By the way, I live in Europe, and we have GMOs.
If you read the information I linked you will see that not all GMOs are made in the lab.
Read this too.

Vegan meat is created in factories, not in a " lab ". Because it usually only takes pea powder and water and a few other ingredients for taste. What exactly do you think this " meat " needs a lab for ?
And chains such as McDonalds receive their meat from factories as well, real mate as well as " vegan " meat.
Anyone who has informed themselves about how this stuff is made, would never come up with " gene modified " and so on.
You guys just lack the knowledge on this topic and go around fear mongering yourself.
If you want good quality real meat, buy it off a farm or a shop you know sells " organic " meat and if you want safe " vegan meat " look what the ingredients are and where you buy it.
Generally non of this has anything to do with " lab meat ".
