So from me to your family, no problem whatsoever. But, from experience, black people do judge black women when they date outside of the black race. And that's from my experience which no one can contradict.

When I dated an Indian woman, for example, culture and food and shows became an issue. Ambition became an issue.

Everyone is all happy when these things happen on social media/forums. But reality is rough.

Media should stop pushing it as if it's an average thing because it's a very small percentage of couples, and outside of the big countries like USA and UK it's an even smaller percentage of couples. The media is the problem why people are fed up with it being thrown in our faces disproportionately.

you're right that it's not exclusive to the US, as someone who lives in latin america

but cultural preservation? nah lmfao, just because it's a commonly held viewpoint doesn't make it right. it's just racism. someone's skin color does not inherently preclude them from being part of a culture, nor does interracial somehow destroy or reduce culture in any way

To be frank, I don't care about that because there is nothing special about my family, we are just people, and I'm atheist, It's the last thing I will worry about on my death bed. As long as you can find someone you can love I think that is great. I don't want to worry about who i'll date, and I hope they don't think like that because there is more to me than meets the eye, and I'm 100% American.
