I forget what the most I've ever had at once was. I'd like to say 8, but maybe it was a bit more. Idk.

I have a feeling I may have eaten 10-12 eggs in one sitting before. It was in Paris at a soufflé restuarant (LE SOUFFLE, Paris - Louvre / Palais-Royal) with three courses but all were different types of soufflé. Soufflé are usually made with 3-4 eggs each.

Lovely restuarant; I'd recommend it for those travelling in Paris.

...and yes, my belly did rise like a fluffy soufflé too

It depends if ur metabolism and height , weight is less it won't do any good it will cause strain on ur stomach whereas if u do heavy activity like exercise, runs it will help in proper absorption of protein and other nutrients.
I say start with 2 then gradually increase ur numbers
