Why would anything happen? I used to buy 60 packs of eggs from walmart. And have like 6 boiled ones sometimes. I might chop them up after removing the shells, add in some mustard, mayo, salt, etc, aka egg salad.

it's better to boil them for 7 minutes on medium heat after water started boiling, will be much nicer
