If I were to have friends explain to me how the site works.. Sure, I wouldn't mind showing how I exercise, what helps me to stay motivated, tips how to keep the positive mindset, how to deal with overthinking, and everything without being a psychiatrist of some kind or something..

I mean, people do need help to set them down the path they desire, as most can't figure out the benefits of it and if it's the right one or not.
I can't claim that my suggestions are always helpful, but I do genuinely enjoy helping people who do seek it and feel grateful for it.
