Trump will never end up behind bars, at worst he will be kept under house arrest (complete with gps ankle monitoring) until everything is sorted out with his legal situation. Even if he faces and gets charged and the jury of a court rule he did break rules, his lawyers and the government will find a way to water it all down in a deal that would make you wonder if the American justice system really is broken, but there is already several instances that show it is anyway.

One of the worst is Anne Sacoolas, but moving on from how a killer protected by the American justice system escaped justice. Trump is not likely to see a prison cell at any point, no matter how serious the jury rules against him.
