Gordon Ramsay bypassing the restrictions
Hello peeps,

I'm pretty sure you've come across Gordon Ramsay and the on going meme streak as a fellow netizen on YouTube.

Let's get into it. What he actually does is technically a harassment in Google's definition of the word harassment.

harassment
  • aggressive pressure or intimidation

Gordon technically is toxic and roasts people but explain why and make them realize to get better!

It's a good concept, the military uses same kind of intimidation to exert their authority.

The thing is, they've signed contracts like allowed to be verbally abused publicly on camera for sure same goes similarly for the military as that what people signed up for.

Now going back to running his own show which is Hell's Kitchen and does it for the views and meme worthy value.

...and then we talk about YouTube. YouTube has its laws regarding harassments and verbal abuse. How does he bypass those restrictions of those regulations?

To sum it up, it shouldn't be allowed on YouTube as that's what YouTube rules imply. It's also a universal standard of law aka common sense at this point.

We also have a meme of Gordon Ramsay saying ♥♥♥ on some low tier cooking.

Doesn't that violate the suicide and self harm laws etc?

Gordan Ramsey is a character on a TV show.

But, yes, let's ban all media, be it factual or fictional, that portrays any sort of aggressive pressure or intimidation.

It'd certainly get rid of a lot of the music videos that I don't like.

You're right. You do make a good point but what scares me if YouTube deliberately ignores it then they could just unleash THE BAN anytime they wanted to.

You're telling me it was just a stake posting those videos without a counter to YouTube's action

I admire Gordon Ramsay but the weaklings will definitely attack this weird point of view. There has to be an explanation to it..

I dig Gordon.
The cook-off he had with the Swedish Chef from the Muppets was epic!

Thanks, that's very helpful!

I don't think an AI can respond to a lawsuit which doesn't answer my concerns.
