Time to talk about it

This word is used MANY times during the day by black people themselves, they use it in songs, to refer to each-other, and etc. But why is that? I'd like someone to help me understand, why use an offensive word as if it was something good, but was used at past to insult and discriminate against your ancestors? Why can't we just let it fall off the tongues?

Is the white person using it offensive to you or the word itself? why don't they get to use it?

In my opinion this word has become a tool of discrimination, as a word that only a particular race of people are allowed to use, which is double standards and needs to go.

right? really bothers me how everyone likes to frame racism as a "white thing" when the whole world is racist... it's only white people who get called out for it... if you ask me that's kinda racist >.>

That's why this stuff is so divisive. People with the intent to divide people on racial grounds, so they can pretend to be the friends of one and buy their votes, will quote often apply unequal rules and standards in a way like that which intentionally creates racial divide. That's why I said either everyone should be allowed to say anything, or nobody is allowed to say anything. Anything else is just intentionally divisive.

Yes, I know, but how many White People actually let it bother them?

This is probably why Black People are so bothered by White Privilage,
because White People don't have that connection where they feel like
they are hurt badly by someone making those racial slurs against them.

It doesn't bother me at all, i've even said people can call me whatever they want,
if it so pleases them to do so. Why would it bother me? They are just words.

Most blacks I know aren't even bothered by it. They're told on a daily basis to be. They're told not to accept anyone doing it. They're told to attack people who do... but what are usually white liberals being offended on their behalf, more than they actually are.

1st = imo been overused and honestly only dumb people think it means anything. It's been overused like austrailians using the c word ♥♥♥♥ daily. Just like in spanish whey wey which means castrated bull has become a common greeting amongst friends.

2nd = same as above but guess who are the people or how they are??? yeah that IQ isn't making rockets or curing diseases i can tell you that much.

1 is used to describe some of the most horrible war criminals of the modern time or past centuries as of recent (next to communists tbh)
2 is used to describe a stereotype of taking on many meanings recently. But none more so than being dumb labor only slaves.


i feel like for 2 they need to stop giving it so much power. Basically let it run its course and it'll go away naturally as it won't be fun to say anymore. Trying to outlaw it never works and the worst part is trying to cover it up with other words.

it's called soft language i.e. people wanna feel better about themselves and pretend to do something good in a delusional state but they end up just making it a laughing stock

disabled vs handicapped vs handicapable
shell shock vs battle fatigue vs ptsd
♥♥♥♥♥♥ vs special needs vs mentally challenged

the end words basically lessen the impact of the words

basically using the same feel good garble news outlets and article writers use to describe tragedies and influx of illegal immigrants....erm i mean undocumented immigrants...erm asylum seekers. Most of which happen to come from africa or be of dark melanin coloration of the skin.


point im trying to make is simply ignoring it will make it go away. It's like reverse psychology. If something bothers you like children people will keep on the ball UNTIL it's not cool anymore. AKA something else comes up, the uncool people start using it, or it gets overused.

I wouldn't call it "White Privilege" since it doesn't apply to all whites. I don't like getting called with racial slurs for example. It's just something individual about you.
