Several months ago, I decided to start on a vegan diet, and started hitting the gym. Ever since then my life has really gotten a lot better. My body is in the best shape it's ever been, and I've been at my overall peak. A lot of women have also become interested in me, they hit on me, flirt, and compliment my body. When I tell them I'm vegan, they even say they admire my self-restraint when meat is so good tasting that it's hard to cut out of your life. They become interested in how I maintain such a godly figure without any meat. They consider me sensitive and sentimental since I'm vegan for ethical reasons, which a lot of women seem to like. Even the "gym bros" catch a glance at me every now and then, I've noticed. A lot of them consider me the alpha of the gym, and I feel that way for sure, both at the gym and at the workplace. But that's besides the point.

What is the gentlest way to let women who get interested in me down? I'm currently a voluntary celibate because I consider sex a distraction, and moreover I want to save myself until marriage. And most likely, I'm not going to marry for quite some time.

That's called overconfidence, assuming what you're saying is true anyway... If it's not, well, I can't be jealous of something that's not true.

Besides, whenever people act like their (or someone else's) body is all that matters, especially when we're talking about unnatural gym body that almost looks Photoshopped, that tells me everything about what kind of a person they are and what kind of things they value.

All this stuff just means that you have nothing else to offer as a person, so you have to resort to developing these stupid unnaturally exaggerated muscles which a ton of girls (at least those with a brain) don't even like, by the way, most prefer a normal and a natural look.

Also, no one likes that obnoxious, arrogant and pretentious ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, so there's that too.

The nicest way to turn someone down is to tell them you'll call them and just never do. That should be hint enough. If they are insistent past that point, which is not a criminal offense, just let them know you aren't interested in either the activity or in spending time with them outside of whatever normal social relationship you already have.

I'm not really up to date on my Off Topic lore, but I'm actually just an old poster from several years back in this forum. Back in the days of volunteer mods, but I was under a different username and deleted most of my oldest post history because I was young and stupid and posted a lot of personally identifying info. I prefer to keep that off Steam especially if I'm going to post here more.

I recognize very few people here so it seems like most of the old regs have moved on from steam OT. But I do see a few people I know, even though I know they won't recognize me.
