However when I find out that horizon zero dawn main character is a lesbian, I don't want to buy that game although I quite enjoyed playing the first one.
Does that make the game bad?
Or in The Last of Us 2. If you find an openly gay character in a game, there's an 80% chance the character is centered around their sexuality, and it will be a forced plot point.
Again, forced representation that is little more than pandering, and aimed at a demographic unlikely to play the games anyways.
You started it. F*ck around and find out.
