Yes. So rank all the cuts of beef and then sum the rankings to get your total. Then do the same for pork.

I've been thinking about this some more and I think it's sooo close between beef and pork. Ribeye beats bacon, but then pork wins on the cut vs cut showdown when all cuts are considered.

So, pork 9.8 and beef 9.7.

Fun fact: Pork which we all know comes from the modern pig, are a breed of boar. The boar is the only animal known to date that required a specialized hunting tool that is still even produced known as a Boar Spear. Often times boar spears are so sharp that the very sheath that covers the spearhead ends up being sliced apart.

The boar spear, or winged spear, was developed because of a rather intense display of willpower and spite that the species was prone to. After the hunter had already stabbed them, dealing the fatal wound, they would actually bear the intense agony of forcing themselves up the shaft of the spear to kill the wielder, who was (in a word) screwed. After all, if they let go of the spear, that just made it easier for the boar to catch them, but if they held it, they were railroading the boar toward themselves.

The first boar spears featured a crossbar that was just tied on to a normal spear a little ways down. But over time they can to have both point and crossbar forged in a single piece.

I wouldn't say it's the most delicious, since there are many delicious meats, but it's definitely up there. Texas style pork BBQ ribs that fall off the bone is one of the top 10 most delicious meats I've ever tried in my life
