I remember when women used to wear normal sport outfits
My mum used to take me to the ladies gym to sit down when I was a kid in the 90s, I remembered vividly that women were all wearing sport tees and pants (most wore Capri types). It was no different to what guys usually wear when exercising.

Now, female sport outfits changed over the years looking more ridiculous and bare.

When i'm jogging outside or driving, I always shake my head and ask myself "why" when they're wearing bras, short tights that you could see their butt crack/underlines and makeups.

One quick search of "female sport wear" will show resorts of the latest trend of "bare" female outfits that is impractical and uncomfortable.

While men continue to wear the same sensible sport outfits (tees and knee shorts).

How are they not embarrassed?

It's just attention seeking, OP.
Women who just want to exercise for exercise sake will wear what you originally said - proper shorts and tee shirts and sports bras.

The ones who wear next to nothing and do their best to show their wares aren't bothered about exercising - they're bothered about being seen.

I just came back from holiday, and you should have seen some of the stuff some girls were wearing. I don't even mean on the beach - I mean walking up and down the bars and shops at night. One girl was wearing a thong and basically trousers that just didn't exist. Basically walking up and down completely bare arsed. She just wanted people to look at her.

It's their choice tho, OP.

What's to be embarrassed about if you look good? Are young guys going to be yelling at them saying "No, you look too attractive, go home and get changed"

Are the girls going to yell at them? I mean they might. But, they might just be jealous.

They can wear whatever they want. I don't get why you care tbh.
I'm not complaining since I get to have a good look at them. Why not? They're flaunting and telling us to appreciate their bodies.

It just look silly exercising bare like that.

Some of them really want to show off, and I don't blame them. I mean, what's the point of having a nice body and keeping it all covered...

It would be like having a nice car and never taking it out of the garage.

Seems like you've been watching this VERY carefully...:tslol:
I would say... mission complete. ¯\_:smugcatsack:_/¯
You aren't going to like the answer.

When one is truly working out they get themselves into the zone and do what they gotta do.

It's all the negative posers who spend their workouts with their faces in their phones putting down the people who are working out.

Worry a little more about yourself.
I prefer what they wear now and it's for functional reasons. T-shirts and loose shorts are not as actively efficient (that flap when moving) and are not comfortable whereas crop tops and tighter shorts makes more sense. I wear t-shirts and hate them for long distance running because they rub against the skin and can be abrasive however there's not much choice for men apart from going topless.

So many aren't trying to flaunt their body shapes but there're a lot of function for wearing those types of clothing.

Are you saying exercising is pointless with normal sport wear?

After google image search of "female sportswear" all I can say is, geez some of those gals have waists that are so thin I'm not sure if its under eating or photoshop. But other wise it just looks like yoga clothes to me

Sports wear is pointless, just go clotheless. Maybe put a leaf over a sensitive spot just in case.
OP just got to the age where women make him feel strange?

I wonder how this affects other women that wants to exercise.
You stay cool that way. Have you ever ran outside in nothing but underwear? Drunks know what's up.
