The east in not better though...It is a standard practice across the world.
Me living in SE Asia street food here is dirt cheap but extremely unhealthy. While the healthy food price is almost equal to any first world country. Especially veggies with no pesticide is bloody expensive.
an avocado is 2 usd here in france. thats a lot of money if i want to eat 1 avocado per day then thats 14 usd per week. thats so much just for ONE avocado.
eat better veggies that you can eat every day and are way cheaper
why not?? avocados are super healthy
where i am at least , supermarkets and outdoor markets fruit and veg is really cheap you just have to put a bit more time into it.
But nah, you just gotta avoid the health products. Instead get healthy food. The stuff that's just being all background NPC about it.
Anything that is advertised as "healthy" is gonna be overpriced because that's what they use that kind of marketing for.
But ya know something? If you've been outside doing heavy lifting and ♥♥♥♥, your body's gonna rip up those burgers and go "what else bro."
So sometimes burger is still okay
nice nice nice......i love cherry tomatoes the most. if i could i would have an entire farm with nothing but that and then every morning run naked and pick a bunch and eat themjust like that
If you were allowed to actually buy as much as you need, it wouldn't be that bad. But although you can buy one frozen pizza, you have to buy potatoes by the ton.
I've been to farmer's markets where they clearly just bought their produce at the grocery store down the street, pulled the stickers off and gave it an 80% markup.
garden will save you some money in summertime cut your veggie bill in half
but real non-chemical food gonna cost more
