Dehydration is going to be the main component.
It's easy to alleviate or avoid hangover symptoms with drink enough water before bed.
If I plan on getting smashed one night, I always have some electrolyte solution before going to bed. Never gotten a hangover or even experienced the symptoms.
My heavily alcoholic brother starts twitching and sweating profusely when he hasn't drank. Delirium tremens, it's called, and it can indeed be fatal.
Yeah, alcohol is one of the few substances where stopping can kill you dead.
That's complete alcohol dependence and way past just needing to remove/alleviate a hangover.
Mixing painkillers and alcohol(especially Tylenol) can cause a lot of irreversible damage to your liver due to the chemical reaction.
The type doesn't matter near as much as the amount.
The body will process the alcohol the same way. The different results are more to do with what else is in the alcohol.
Tylenol is fine if you're not using a high amount over long periods of time. Even NSAIDS are fine with occasional drinking. The problems are only if you're doing this on a regular basis.
Mixing it with alcohol makes the liver damage happen quicker.
The few times I tried, my body just acted differently. It took me a week to get my body back in order in the gym after one beer.
And I can tell those that drink sometimes due to body shape ("beer gut" is a real thing) and skin condition.
Good to know. So I can have another sip in the morning
Had another bottle this morning!! Now I feel like a lion
Yeah, I can't put that much away. Although I can kill a 750mL bottle if I drink it over the course of an entire day, and if I stay hydrated, I don't get sick. You should hydrate as you're drinking
Also, there are some things that you should take as well to address the oxidative stress and other things.
A bigger trap is fast food and animal products, Pork and Dairy above all.
Cardiovascular disease and stroke due to the consumption of animal products were the leading causes of death globally in 2022, accounting for at least 37% of all deaths.
They claimed more lives than Covid-19, HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, lower respiratory infections, diarrheal disease, road injuries, all forms of cancer, suicide, murder, drug overdose, war, famine, water and food borne illnesses, fire, accidental or unnatural death, natural disasters, animal attacks, environmental hazards, lifestyle factors, genetic disorders, and medical errors combined.
Read it twelve times if your IQ is stupid -10.
And thats not all. That's just the deaths.
Imagine the people who depend on mobility scooters, oxygen tanks, dialysis machines, or feeding tubes to survive. Imagine the people who are paralyzed from stroke, drooling and needing someone to change their diapers. Imagine the people who have heart attacks, kidney failure, liver cirrhosis, or blindness. These are just some of the 100,000 negative effects of fast food and animal product consumption.
And that right there is all the good stuff … the bad consequences are not even listed here, they are too dreadful and too complex for you to behold and pick up with your tiny rubber chop sticks.
You're welcome
