The Shining wasnt too bad, but love the beginning when playing that music theme. Forgot to mention, love that Doctor Sleep.

Most of these movies you guys mention behind this topic are terrible and not even scary at all or a good movie.

DS is kinda on my watchlist. The Shining is pretty great imo.

Watching Pumpkinhead 1 right now.

It's not my favorite, but it's directed by Stan Winston, who is the same guy who did special effects for Terminator 1 and 2, Jurassic Park, Constantine, Friday the 13th Part 2 and Part 3 and Interview With A Vampire. It also has same actor who played Bishop from Aliens (Lance Henriksen) and the camerawork was done by the same person who would go on to become the director of photography for The Ring.
