This is not a joke;

I wish I could simply be content with being born as a man and not envy women for what they are.

I wish I could simply do HRT and "become" a girl but that is no easy feat, even though I am german, as I don't want to sadden my parents.

Being and acting female just feels so much better to me, I recently bought make-up and clothes and really enjoy it and want to get into it more but I could never come out the closet.

I also want to marry some day, have a wife and that of course is of the table if you are trans, since most women want a strong man who can protect them, care for them and be their masculine companion, not some femboy twink, no offense.

Anybody has any experiences in that regard?

The original post gives no indication that the OP wants anything more than to wear feminine clothes, makeup and name, though.

I don't think they should be rushing into stuff like HRT if they're happy with feminine clothes and roles but don't have any issue with their body.
There's nothing wrong with being an effeminate male if that's all that one wants.

The bigger changes should be given more time & consideration than the smaller changes.

That's why you gotta talk to psychologists and medical professionals, get a second opinion and make sure you're making the right choice, I definitely don't want OP to medically transition without taking the proper precautions

The transition is coming to terms with it and adopting your lifestyle around it after living a facade that was created after your biological appearance shaped your life . Its weird that semantics is your focus tho ...

Yeah so it's physical. The transition has to be physical, otherwise it's not true to claim "it's been like this since birth". The only way that statement can be true, is a solid state of mind about the gender, and lack of current physical transition.

That's why advertising transition to others and automatically calling people trans means pushing them towards surgery, behavioral therapy, and hormones.

What bothers me is advertisement of this physical transition to people with gender dysphoria or slightly different behaviors, even children. It isn't something that should be discussed, advertised, pushed or thought in schools, since if there is a natural unrest going on in body and mind, the person itself will look for transition.

I say that because the physical transition is not something to be taken lightly.

i thought i was trans too few years ago.
when i got side effects only happens to the opposite gender.
heart inflammation only happen to boys from age of 12 to 19, and only to athlete boys.
i got it twice, and first time i didn't tell anyone i didn't care about it.
when i went to the vaccine center to get the second shot the nurse asked me :
did anything happen to you from the first shot?.
i told her something happened to my heart.
and she was looking at me shocked, she left then a doctor came to the room and asked me again.
i told him something happened to my heart and he was looking at me smiling like i was lying then he said :
you will be fine don't worry
then he asked the nurse to give me the second shot.
and after the second shot same thing happened to me again.
and i told my father and we went to the hospital, we were in some place the most LGBT country in the world at that time.
and the doctor told me its impossible, then when my father left she gave me a card for transgender center and told me to visit them, she was a trans her self.
long story, i didn't care what she told me or what happened to my heart if i have a boy heart or not.
i listened to reality, to my DNA and my real gender, i know its impossible to change your gender.

my advice to you :
don't listen to other transgenders.
don't listen to trans activists.
don't take anything unnatural like hormones.
don't do any surgeries.

last thing i want to tell is, there are many people who want to be something different.
like many white or black people who want to be Japanese, and they feel like they belong to Japan.
or like very white boy from Sweden who like to be like the black people from New York.
or some boys and girls who want to be animals like some furries.
you want to be something that you are not, and you impossible to be, the best thing is to live naturally, and please listen to me i am talking to you as a sibling like if you are my brother.

the op is clearly struggling with this im not an expert on it, but i think they should do what their heart tells them to, not to some strangers advice on the internet who has no clue about their personal situation or life struggles, success isn't an indication of happiness their are many successful people who are miserable, i just want them to feel happy with themselves that's all :)
